1.3 Email & Communication Data
When you use our email features, we collect and store:
Outbound emails you send or that agents send on your behalf (subject lines, body content, attachments)
Inbound emails received from creators via our email infrastructure
Email engagement data, including open and click events
Email threading metadata (Message-ID, In-Reply-To, References headers)
Attachment files (up to 25MB per message, maximum 10 files)
1.4 Creator Data
Our Service collects publicly available information about content creators from social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), including:
Username, display name, bio, and profile image
Follower counts, engagement rates, and average views
Recent content metadata (captions, view counts, like counts, posting dates)
Audience demographics (age, gender, geographic distribution)
Contact information when publicly available (e.g., email addresses listed in bios)
This data is sourced from publicly accessible profiles and is used to help you identify and evaluate potential creator partnerships.
1.5 Usage & Activity Data
We automatically collect:
Discovery searches you run and their results
Agent execution logs (what actions agents took and when)
Dashboard metrics (searches conducted, outreach sent, response rates)
Pipeline status changes for creator relationships
AI-generated content, confidence scores, and reasoning logs
1.6 Custom Email Domain Data
If you configure a custom sending domain, we store:
Domain name and DNS records (CNAME, MX, TXT)
Domain verification status
Default sender name and email address
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide the Service: Run discovery searches, send outreach emails, generate AI-drafted replies, and manage follow-up sequences on your behalf.
Personalize communications: Use AI to tailor outreach emails based on creator profiles, content, and your brand guidelines.
Improve agent performance: Use agent execution data and confidence scores to refine AI-generated outputs.
Track engagement: Monitor email opens, clicks, and replies to provide you with campaign analytics.
Manage your account: Authenticate your identity, process your settings, and provide customer support.
Maintain and improve the Service: Debug issues, analyze usage patterns, and develop new features.
3. AI Processing
Our Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude API) to:
Analyze creator profiles and content for relevance and quality
Generate personalized outreach emails
Draft replies to creator messages
Score creator-brand fit and classify message scenarios
Extract patterns from content for discovery matching
AI-generated outputs (drafts, scores, reasoning) are stored alongside your data. You can configure approval workflows to review AI-generated content before it is sent.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of third parties as necessary to provide the Service:
4.1 Service Providers
Supabase: Database hosting, user authentication, and file storage.
Anthropic: AI model provider for content analysis, personalization, and response generation. Creator profiles, email content, and conversation context may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
Resend: Email delivery service for sending and receiving emails on your behalf, including open and click tracking.
Apify: Data collection service for retrieving publicly available creator information from social media platforms.
4.2 Legal & Safety
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wade, our users, or the public.
4.3 Business Transfers
If Wade is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Creator Data & Shared Database
Creator profile information collected through discovery searches is stored in a shared database accessible to all Wade users. This means:
Creator profiles you discover may be visible to other Wade users.
Other users' discovery activity may surface creators relevant to your searches.
Your outreach history and conversation data remain private to your account.
6. Email Tracking
By default, the Service tracks whether recipients open your emails and click links within them. You can review these engagement metrics in your dashboard. Recipients are not separately notified of this tracking beyond what is standard in email marketing practice.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data, communications, and activity logs for as long as your account is active. Creator profile data in the shared database is retained indefinitely to improve the Service for all users. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at the email below.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
Authentication via secure JWT tokens
Environment-level isolation of API keys and secrets
Row-level security policies in our database
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate personal information
Delete your personal information and account
Export your data in a portable format
